thin walls basic utensils
the WALLS felt really THIN, so i could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. it was hard to relax. also, the 'kitchen in a cupboard' was small. it lacked basic utensils. i expected more Space.

The room was super clean upon arrival. i found the proximity to kensington gardens convenient. It was a short walk. the kitchenette with cooking facilities allowed for budget-friendly meal options.

limited storage firm bed
I found the room size quite small. There was insufficient space to comfortably manage luggage (especially for a multi-night stay). Storage options were limited, impacting overall convenience. The bed, while functional, felt rather firm. I also noticed a strange humming sound at night. It seemed to come from the building's ventilation system.
